For months now, all I can get when I open the app on my phone and on the tv is a 1 minute trailer that plays over and over and over. No content. Why? I check it occasionally and still only the trailer. Did they take it from free to pay to view? I don't know what the problem is. Maybe Dr Phil decided the app isn't worth it and just isn't updating it anymore.

2025-11-25	De*****	downloaded this on my TV and my phone and it doesn't show anything except for the trailer. nothing up top pops up like it shows when you download the app. there's no option to click on the home screen, the guide or anything. it's just a 1 minute trailer. why won't you address this problem? clearly I'm not the only one having this issue
