MerchManager2

MerchManager connects the field team with the existing business system. The application is intended for authorized users of organizations that use MerchManager and requires a business account.

WORK IN THE FIELD
Review assigned service orders, follow work steps, and attach photos, description of work performed, and material information. Record the shift, starting and ending mileage and associated photos.

EQUIPMENT AND MATERIAL
Service technicians can process warehouse assignments: pick-up, assembly, disassembly and return of correct or damaged quantities. Merchandising tasks include a checklist, photos, and an endnote.

COMMUNICATION WITH THE FACILITY
Open a facility chat, exchange messages and photos with authorized team members, and report a problem in the field.

ACCESS BY STOCK
The available modules and actions depend on the user's role, organization, assignment, and job status. Commercial travelers can create service orders with photos of tasks. Other roles have access to their account's supported views and actions.

An internet connection is required for operation. The location is used for actions for which the business system requests confirmation of presence at the facility. You choose photos from the gallery or take photos through the system camera.

The mobile application supports selected business flows of the MerchManager system; it does not contain all the administrative capabilities of the web application.
