Mercayo Admin

Mercayo Admin is the phone app for merchants who sell with Mercayo, the online store platform for Indian businesses. Sign in with your Mercayo account and run the daily work of your store from your phone.

TODAY AT A GLANCE
• Today's sales, orders and visitors against the same day last week, hour by hour.
• What needs you now: orders to confirm, parcels to ship, failed deliveries, low stock and unread messages.

ORDERS
• Orders by stage, with search. Swipe a row to see CALL and SHIP, then tap the one you want.
• Confirm cash-on-delivery orders from a call list: record the answer (confirmed, no answer, wants a change, cancelled), set a call-back, and send the shopper a WhatsApp reminder when they do not pick up (with your WhatsApp connected).
• Ship from the phone: compare three courier quotes from your connected courier account, book, and share the label PDF to your printer's app.
• On a tablet, the order opens beside the list.

ALERTS WITH SOUNDS YOU CHOOSE
• Alerts for new orders, COD orders waiting, failed deliveries, low stock and messages.
• Pick a sound for each: Cash Register, Coin Chime, Bell, Soft Ping, Doorbell, Marimba, Drum Roll, Vibrate Only or Silent. Each sound has its own Android notification channel, so you can still change it in your phone's settings.
• Confirm a COD order or ask the courier to try again right from the alert.

PRODUCTS AND STOCK
• See every product with its stock, and change price, MRP, stock and visibility in one place.
• If the network drops, your stock and price changes wait on the phone and are sent when you are back online. Nothing is overwritten without asking you.
• Add a product with photos from the camera, at full resolution.
• Count stock by scanning barcodes.

CUSTOMERS AND MESSAGES
• Customers with their orders, spend and delivery record; call or WhatsApp them in one tap.
• One inbox for WhatsApp messages, your website's contact form and Mercayo support. Reply on WhatsApp within WhatsApp's 24-hour window.

MONEY
• Sales at a glance for today, 7 days, 30 days or this month.
• Cash-on-delivery money held by each courier, online payments not yet settled, and what was paid this month.

SECURITY
• Sign in with your Mercayo email and password, and your two-step code when your store asks for one. Trust This Phone keeps you signed in on this phone for 30 days; signing out ends it.
• What you can see and change follows your role in the store.
