The app is simple, beautiful, and secure, so that you can easily take care of yourself and your loved ones while feeling supported and protected. The app is part of a broader platform for accessing care and managing mental-health pathways, built through client partnerships with public health services, universities, community organizations, employers, and private-practice professionals.

Have you been referred to mental-health services in the public system? Are you followed in private practice or in a community organization? Chat with peer support workers —people who have already gone through mental-health challenges and are doing better now. Chat with the health professionals who support you, whether in the public system, in the community sector, or in private practice. Mentallys helps you stay connected with all your providers, and they can access the information you generate in the app about your health. Mentallys is your safety net!

YOUR DATA IS SECURE AND NEVER EXPLOITED
Your personal data is protected and securely stored in Canada (servers located in Québec). You decide what information you add, what you share, and with whom you share it. You can view, modify, or delete your data at any time. Mentallys contains no advertising and generates no ad-based revenue.
