Cursus is a comprehensive mobile school management application designed for educational institutions in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It centralizes student management, course scheduling, assessments, payments, and communication between schools and families on a single platform.

🏫 WHO IS CURSUS FOR?

Cursus adapts to each member of the school community through 6 distinct roles:

👤 ADMINISTRATOR
Manages the entire institution. They create the school, configure sections, classes, and rooms, import students (CSV/Excel), manage tuition fees and their costs per class and per year, approve staff membership requests, consult with all users, and have a complete overview of payments, assessments, and messaging.

👤 TEACHER
Accesses their assigned classes and rooms. It records lessons taught, creates assessments, enters student grades and marks, reports absences and behavior, and communicates with families via the integrated messaging system.

👤 PREFECT
Supervises the school's educational activities. It views student lists, monitors the progress of classes and assessments in all grades, and has extended read access to all academic information.

👤 CASHIER
Exclusively manages the school's finances. It reviews fees set by the administration, records student payments, applies justified discounts, and tracks each student's balance in real time by fee type.

👤 PARENT
Links their account to their child during registration. They have read-only access to their child's payments, absences, behavior, deductions, and assessment results, and can send messages to the school directly from the application.

👤 TUTOR
Haves the same access rights as a parent. They monitor the academic and financial progress of the student under their care, with access to the complete history of assessments, payments, and communications.
