I used to go to Hounslow gym April and May 2023 ... Long story , short. If you are a person who respect himself, don't go to Hounslow gyms, to be especific excersise4less! I think, Some people in charge in gym (PTs) are not familiar with culture of living in UK, although they speak English with British accent.... I an explain this more in details and providing names, if the CS of excersise4less is reading this and this is important to them. The app is good enough though...

Sa***** Pointless waste of having an app. The only use for this app currently is generating a qr code to get into the gym. All thr functionality that was there ie; perkville points, booking classes, booking a trainer, even basic info like gym opening and closing times has all gone. Whoever developed this app either needs to be ashamed of themselves or the brief was pathetic.
