The Base Platform is a learning environment created by Professor Tiago Proença for physical education and physiotherapy professionals and students who wish to master functional training with method, logic, and progression.

Here, functional training ceases to be improvised and becomes structured through the BASE System: a methodology built over years of practical application in gyms, courses, and professional training programs throughout Brazil.
