Check out how you've been sleeping for the past week, month, and year on the report page, and gain insights on how to improve your sleep. Compare your weekdays to weekends, and find out what those long weekend evenings have been doing to your sleep.

Try the sleep induction vibration to unwind and sleep faster, just as you would on a train or a bus ride. Our smart alarm uses vibrations to bring you to a state of light sleep before waking you up, so that you can avoid sleep inertia, and feel energized when you get up - no more groggy mornings.
