Melinda Install Service Application (MISA)

The MISA application is a tool dedicated to the company's partners and employees, created to efficiently manage all activities related to repair services. Through this app, users can:
- receive service calls and updates on necessary interventions,
- plan visits and appointments for repairs, directly from the application,
- manage the orders of parts necessary for the interventions,
- create quotes and reports for each job performed,
- follow the expense settlement process and the management of Melinda Instal's internal processes,
- manage the warranty processes and the follow-up of the interventions covered by them.

This application simplifies communication between partners, employees and the company, providing a fully digitized, fast and transparent workflow for all repair related activities.
