2026-05-29	Cl*****	this app is absolutely horrible. glitchy, difficult to navigate, kicks you out constantly, and if you need to change anything you have to do the entire check in process over again. absolutely horrible experience.

Fiquei nada surpreso quando fui fazer meu check-in para voltar e reparei que o bilhete já não estava associado à minha conta por alguma razão. Tento buscar pelo número de referência e recebo uma mensagem a dizer que sou um bot. Mais um serviço português que não funciona. As empresas neste pais só servem para encher os bolsos de alguns.
Por que as apps neste país não funcionam? Fiquei nada surpreso quando fui fazer meu check-in para voltar e reparei que o bilhete já não estava associado à minha conta por alguma razão. 2026-05-15	M *****	Simply doesn't work. I was able to log in using credentials from the web account I set up. I was able to "add trips" for both my upcoming itineraries- the app said "Trip Found". but when I click on "Trips", it just endlessly cycles, finally showing "Something Went Wrong. Unknown Error." This is my first time flying TAP. I hope their aircraft maintenance and luggage handling are better than this app!
