The consistently pick a carry on which I paid for and insist on putting it in the hold even if I were the third person at checking. seats are a small and uncomfortable and I use this airline only when I'm desperate but it's definitely my last choice I prefer Ryanair and wizzair And that tells you everything you need to know. simply awful and customer service is terrible
