2026-07-21	Ma*****	Do not fly TAP. They are the most administratively incompetent company I've ever dealt with. The flight was smooth, the flight attendants were nice and accommodating. But the app, the airport employees, and the terminal crew are dysfunctional. Over the phone, the representatives are kind and attentive but the service fees are unreasonable ($75 to check in over the phone). My flight was canceled without notice. If you have the time to look, find someone else.

2026-07-12	Lu*****	I tried to make a reservation. I paid with credit card twice, but the app turned all white. I tried then MBway, and they said I had 3 hours to make the payment, but there's no way to pay, chabge payment type or cancel the reservation and try again. After 10 minutes I got an e-mail saying I should call a number, but the number asks for a iata number. I had to google what that even is. Then I tried to open a complaint, but no luck, and after that the app acused me of being a bot 👍
