User Reviews

Convenience is the app’s clearest recurring strength: users like being able to buy from Taobao and manage orders and shipping in one place. The main recurring concerns are app reliability and language issues, poor support when problems arise, and surprise shipping costs. A few reviewers also describe duplicate charges. Experiences with support and costs are not uniform, but these issues have caused significant frustration for some users.

Pros

Makes Taobao and other overseas shopping easier, including for users who find direct purchasing difficult.
Conveniently combines ordering and shipment management in one app.
Users appreciate the selection of products and report that shopping can be affordable, with some mentioning coupons or free-shipping events.

Cons

Recurring app problems include errors, unresponsive controls, maintenance downtime, and parts of the interface appearing in Japanese.
Several reviewers say customer support did not respond or did not resolve order and payment problems.
Some users report unexpectedly high shipping charges, particularly from volumetric-weight calculations.
More than one reviewer reports being charged twice or seeing a duplicate payment.
