2023-07-29	Ha*****	I visited the branch near my town and gave them my ID and everything concerning the KYC process, they told me you will receive a verification sms.. Still waiting and my business is on hold 🥲 NB: Evening of day 2, still waiting.. calling their customer care number and texting through WhatsApp and Email.. Nooo response whatsoever 🙂 Long story short, I don't recommend it to anyone. RIP Western Union 💔
