Press the record button and focus on the meeting. Once it's over, you can even create notes.

After every meeting, only the recording files pile up, and you often don't remember what was actually decided. Meeting Notes transcribes the recording and organizes what was discussed and decided within it.

■ What is included in the notes

· Key summary — The entire meeting in a few lines

· Meeting purpose and attendees

· Key discussion points — Discussions by topic

· Decisions — Only the decided items are listed separately

· Items under review — Things that remain undecided

· Keywords and term definitions — Even unfamiliar terms are included with their meanings

■ Verify the transcribed sentences exactly as they are

If you find it difficult to trust the summary alone, view the full conversation in the Script tab. It is divided by speaker, and tapping a sentence plays the audio from that point. You do not need to listen to the recording again from the beginning.

■ Correct sentences you do not like

You do not need to use the summary written by AI exactly as it is. You can edit the title and body text yourself, and the edited content remains even if you create a new note.

■ Record directly from your wrist

The Wear OS watch app is included. Start recording from your wrist when it is difficult to take out your phone. The recording transfers to your phone and becomes a note just like the original.

■ Share organized notes

Send a single link to people who were not present at the meeting. You can set a viewing period and password, and even share notes with attendee names hidden.

■ Revisit accumulated meetings

Recordings are in the Archive, while organized meetings are in the Notes tab. Search by title and sort by workspace.

■ Continues on the web

Access the web with the same account to read and edit meetings recorded on your phone on a large screen.

■ Use your API key

Enter your API key in Settings to process dictation and summarization using that key. If you do not have a key, start with the credits provided by the app.

■ Confirm consent before recording

Attende consent is requested before the first recording. It is the user's responsibility to inform the other party before recording.
