Meeting Cost Tracker

This is a manual utility for tracking meeting costs.
Calculations are based on data provided by the user.
* Addition of participant roles and their respective hourly rates
* Creation of meeting agenda topics in a text format
* Checkboxes for marking agenda topics as completed
* Start and pause controls for a meeting duration timer
* Calculation of cost by multiplying elapsed time by sum of hourly rates
* Display of total hourly rate for all entered participants
* Counter for completed vs total agenda topics
* Data is stored locally and operations are entirely offline
