500 characters are far from enough to explain how incredibly awful the experience with this app is. This should set a new gold standard for bad UX. Its astonishing how bad the UX is when trying to file a claim. Nothing is stored in the cache, nothing is explained anywhere (good luck if you don't know the jargon), one bad click and all of your progress is gone, you're constantly asked for info they already have on you, users act as manual validators of their data (I'm writing this in 2024)!
