MEDSEVEN – an application for managing medical equipment and supporting respiratory therapy.

MEDSEVEN is a modern application supporting users in operating medical devices, both as part of warranty and post-warranty services. It was designed with patients and their caregivers in mind, especially those using respiratory support therapy – including in the case of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and non-invasive ventilation at home.

Thanks to its intuitive interface, the application allows you to register and manage devices (e.g. CPAP, BiPAP, respirators), report faults and track repair progress. Each user has access to a panel where they can view service history, download user manuals, generate service codes or use educational materials – including instructional videos.

Device management – ​​assigning equipment to an account, viewing technical data, checking operating periods.
Service notifications – quick failure notifications, status tracking and contact with service.
Service codes and logs – ability to generate diagnostic codes and send them to technical support.

MEDSEVEN supports users using CPAP/BiPAP therapy through education and tools supporting regular use of the device. Thanks to the application, the patient can better understand the mechanism of the device, how to fit the mask, react to adverse symptoms (e.g. leaks, dry nose) and monitor the course of treatment.
The application increases the effectiveness of therapy by motivating the user to use the device systematically and follow the doctor's recommendations. Regular reminders and simple guides help in implementing and maintaining the therapy, especially at the beginning of treatment.
Care for a patient ventilated non-invasively.

MEDSEVEN is a valuable tool for caregivers and families of patients using non-invasive ventilation, e.g. in COPD, ALS, or other conditions causing respiratory failure. Thanks to educational materials, the application facilitates daily patient care, including device operation, filter replacement, parameter control and solving technical problems.

Access to quick service support and simple instructions gives caregivers a greater sense of security and allows them to react better in emergency situations. MEDSEVEN also helps in educating home users - thanks to it, they do not have to be experts to properly operate specialist equipment.
