MedSahi IPD

MedSahi IPD is the inpatient hospital app for MedSahi.

Hospital and ward teams can admit patients, manage beds across wards, ICU, ventilator, and OT, assign care teams, track transfers, and document vitals and notes—from one secure app with MedSahi Care sign-in.

Sign in & setup • Secure login with mobile OTP or MedSahi Care (SSO) • Register and create a hospital facility profile • Add professional profiles (doctor, nurse, staff) and link to facilities

IPD dashboard • Live occupancy, active visits, pending transfers, and discharges • Ward patient lists with filters • Overview for wards, ICU, ventilator, and OT

Admit & walk-in • Find patients by mobile, MedSahi ID, ABHA, or QR • Register new patients and admit in IPD mode • Choose ward, confirm charges, and assign a care team

Patient care • Open patient detail for vitals, complaints, and clinical notes • Request transfers (ICU, ventilator, OT, dialysis, other wards) • Discharge with optional notes

ICU, ventilator & OT • Admit to ICU or ventilator from the floor • Manage OT cases: assign rooms, complete or cancel with notes and charges

Facility management • Configure ward types, beds, OT rooms, and pricing • Staff management and facility settings • Encounters, incoming transfers, and revenue reports

MedSahi IPD is for authorised MedSahi hospital and IPD staff only. Dialysis, maternity, and NICU admissions use their specialty MedSahi apps.
