2026-08-17	Ch*****	MedPlus is complete fraud app. I ordered a cream online and they gave me faulty one. I raised a complaint and no back end team connected with me. Later I called customer care and when I asked for replacement they told me I should go to the store from which they shipped the product, when I said it won't be possible for me and I asked for refund and they said Medplus will not support Refund. I asked them to replace and they said I should go to near by store no one will come to take the product.
