A Fraudulent and Frustrating Experience. I had a terrible experience with the Medivik app. I ordered medicines on November 21, expecting delivery in 2-3 days, but even after weeks, I have no update on my order. Customer support is non-existent, and no one responds to queries. To make it worse, there’s no option to cancel the order. This app feels like a scam. It's shocking that a reputed company like Practo is tied up with such a fraudulent platform. Avoid this app to save your time & money.

This app is not supportive I have ordered medicine from this app order confirmed they ask me for payment I have done the payment but after payment they are still sending mail and msg to complete the payment.I had sent a mail to medvik help about that with screenshot of payment but no one is supporting on this.My order no is 93505 now I have cancelled my order I want my money return. Please team help me to get my money return.
