MediScript includes a flexible notes system that enables users to create, organize, search, and pin notes for quick access. Notes can be categorized for better organization and exported as PDF or Word-compatible RTF documents whenever needed.

Designed with privacy in mind, all prescriptions, notes, and user information remain stored locally on the device. The app does not rely on cloud storage or remote servers for its core functionality, and no information is transmitted unless the user explicitly chooses to share or export a file.

For convenience and data portability, users can export their documents and notes in standard formats and create local backups to help keep their information accessible across devices.
