MediScribe Flow

MediScribe Flow is documentation workflow software for home health practitioners. Capture a visit narrative by typing or dictation, and the app builds a structured visit-documentation package and runs an OASIS-E2-oriented review — so you can catch gaps before delivery, with your clinical judgment in control the whole way.

It is not an EHR. It does not auto-submit to any system. The practitioner reviews everything and decides what is finalized.

WHAT IT DOES
- Capture a visit narrative by typing or by dictation in the field or after the visit.
- Generate a structured visit-documentation package from your narrative.
- Run an OASIS-E2-oriented review of that documentation against current OASIS-E2 item codes and response values.
- Surface item suggestions with supporting evidence quoted from your own visit note.
- Leave unsupported items blank or flagged for review rather than guessing.
- Highlight missing or thin information so you can address it before delivery.

THE OASIS-E2 REVIEW, WITH EVIDENCE
Suggestions are not a black box. For each proposed OASIS-E2 item, the app shows the response value it is suggesting alongside the supporting text from your visit note. Items the documentation does not support are left blank or flagged, not filled in automatically. You see what supports a suggestion, you decide whether it holds, and you keep or change it.

This is assistive, automated review that supports your documentation. It does not certify your work and does not replace clinical review.

THE PRACTITIONER STAYS RESPONSIBLE
You remain responsible for clinical judgment, review, and the final documentation. Nothing is finalized or delivered without your review. The app helps you find gaps and organizes the evidence; the clinical decisions are yours.

WELLSKY EHR INTEGRATION (OPTIONAL)
MediScribe Flow offers an optional WellSky EHR integration. When enabled, it powers the "previous visits" feature, letting you see a patient's prior visit context inside the app. This integration is not automatic and is not included by default — it requires setup and a one-time setup fee. It does not auto-submit anything to WellSky or any other system; the practitioner stays in control. To enable the WellSky integration, contact support@mediscribeflow.com and someone will help you get set up.
