2025-01-27	Ro*****	Despite my checking "remember me", the app does not retain logon credentials. I've cleared cache and storage, installed and reinstalled the app, allowed fingerprint use, etc. But when I exit and close the app, I have to logon all over again the next time. Waste of time.

2024-11-01	Ke*****	The app is as horrid as this companies service. Website doesn't work, app only half works, and when you call, you get people who have zero comprehension. The app itself is full of errors when I click to get to items and I am unable to search for pharmacies or any plan information.

2023-11-29	Ro*****	This app is not useful as it misses many basic functions, such as the submission of claims, the follow up or such claims, and a basic messaging feature to communicate with the support people to work around these missing features. Also, the links to the forms ("Documents") redirect to "missing content."

2023-02-21	Tr*****	Edit: HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE APP!! NOTHING EVER WORKS!! This company is absolutely HORRIBLE! The app is HORRIBLE, the company is HORRIBLE!! Everything about this company is HORRIBLE!! They overcharge for their own mistakes. The time between prescriptions ordered and delivered is absolutely atrocious! If you actually get a choice, which we do not, choose EXPRESS SCRIPTS!! It's a much better company, better app, better everything!! I can't say it enough, this company is absolutely HORRIBLE!!

2022-10-24	Au*****	By far the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Never have my prescriptions to me on time. The auto fill doesn't work half the time. I only use them because my insurance only pays for my medications through them or I would never use them again.
