Frequent crashing when trying to open contacts
Bugs and issues persist in the app and website
Plan type filters are not displayed correctly on Android
Support response times are very slow
Users encounter update prompts despite having the latest version

Recent reviews

I've been trying for weeks to get the app to open a contact and it keeps shutting down. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall and the same thing happens. That along with all the bugs on the website, and the fact that it take support weeks to get back to you makes it pretty tough to rely on. At least Sunfire is works.
