Medfy Professionals is the official app for verified healthcare providers in Ghana. Whether you are a nurse, doctor, physiotherapist, midwife, or home care specialist, Medfy connects you with patients who need your services and helps you manage your work from your phone.

Getting Started

Signing up is simple. Complete your registration by submitting your basic information, uploading your Ghana Card for identity verification, and providing your professional license and certificates. Once you sign the professional conduct agreement, our team will review your application and activate your account within 3 business days.

Managing Your Bookings

All your appointments are in one place. You can view confirmed, pending, in-progress, and completed bookings at a glance. Accept or decline patient requests instantly, access patient files before and during appointments, and call or chat with patients directly from the app.

Journey Tracking

When it is time to visit a patient, tap Start Journey to go live. The app shares your real-time location so the patient knows you are on your way. Navigate directly to the patient using Google Maps or Apple Maps, mark your arrival when you get there, and complete the session with one tap when you are done.

Payments

After each session, confirm whether the patient paid by cash or through the app. Your earnings and wallet balance are updated automatically, and you can view your full payment history at any time.

Notifications

Receive instant push notifications for new booking requests, session updates, and important account alerts so you never miss a patient.

Privacy and Security

All patient information is handled with strict confidentiality. Your professional credentials are securely stored and only used for verification purposes.
