The MEDEAT_BB application is an interactive tool developed to support residents of the Beira Baixa region (Castelo Branco, Vila Velha de Ródão, Idanha-a-Nova, Penamacor, Proença-a-Nova and Oleiros) in adopting healthier eating habits, economic and sustainable, based on the Mediterranean dietary pattern.

With this application, you can:
- Receive practical tips on healthy and sustainable eating.
- Access economical and nutritious recipes, inspired by the Mediterranean diet.
- Participate in challenges and activities that promote food education.
- Obtain personalized information to improve your quality of life through nutrition.

The project is associated with the National Plan for Balanced and Sustainable Food (PNAES) and was created to promote health and well-being in the region.
