It is reliable application. This app helps me remind me of taking medicine and more importantly helps me to remember whether I had already taken the medicine or not. And if I did take the medicine, at what time I had it done. Did I take the medicine yesterday? My mind wander, daydream, often focus on a new entertainment or solving life problem or discuss about politics etc.

Fails to hold progress. You can be very diligent about marking when you took your meds. When you go to check your progress after some time, it will show that you missed doses even though you went through the correct steps to indicate that you took your meds.
