HOW TO USE POMOPULSE

1. Add Your Tasks
Open the Tasks tab and tap the plus button to create a new task. Give it a title, optional description, set the priority, and estimate how many pomodoros it will take.

2. Start Focusing
Go to the Timer tab, select a task to work on (optional), and tap the play button. The 25-minute countdown begins. Focus on your task until the timer completes.

3. Take Breaks
When the work session ends, the app suggests a short break. Use this time to rest, stretch, or grab a refreshment. After four work sessions, take a longer break.

4. Track Progress
Check the Statistics tab to see your productivity data. View daily, weekly, and all-time stats to understand your work patterns and stay motivated.
