User Reviews

User reviews repeatedly cite crashes on Android and poor app performance, plus serious cancellation and billing frustrations (no in-app cancel, you must email or deal with hold). Several note limited meal options and difficulty viewing participating restaurants and prices before subscribing. A few reviewers praise good value, fast pickup, and responsive customer service, and some updates fixed issues. Overall, while the service provides affordable meals and helpful support, stability and a transparent, user-friendly cancellation/credit system are the dominant pain points.

Pros

Good value / affordable meals
Great food options and decent variety
Convenient to use with fast pickup
Responsive customer support

Cons

App crashes and performance issues (crashes on launch/open)
Cancellation difficulties and in-app cancellation; must email or contact support
Billing issues: upfront charges, unclear pricing, and refunds denied
Credits management issues (no rollover, credits lost when downgrading, holds not preserving credits)
Limited visibility of participating restaurants and menu pricing before subscribing

Recent reviews

Total scam! I registered but did not realized they were charging my card. I never authorized them charging my card. Very difficult to cancel. Don't even download the app. Avoid at all costs!!
