I had to download the app to use a 20% off code, which I later found out was false advertising because it discounted $5.00 even on a $32.85 order (not even close to 20%). Best part is paying with PayPal doesn't work so my card was charged 4 times for 1 order.

Terrible app. It's incredibly slow to load each page. It has items the restaurant does not serve and the restaurant says the app will not remove them from the menu. Coupon codes don't work. Overpriced service fees. Just a terrible app all around.

Convinced me to download the app with a coupon code, then rejected the coupon code. Amateurish design. Signed in on the website, then switched to the app and signed in, and it didn't preserve my cart. Really slow and search basically didn't work. I pity the restaurant that hitches their wagon to this awful service.
