2023-03-07	Ab*****	My driver apparently left my food ON THE SIDEWALK in front of my building even though I had included details of where my entrance was. They didn't call me or reach out. I never got my food. I reached out to customer service and all they cared about was if it was the right address. It's been days and I haven't heard from them. I'm out over $30. Terrible support.

2022-11-30	Pa*****	It seems counterintuitive at first, but you really will be better off going with one of the national platforms for gig work. Ideally multipapping if you can. Mealeo skims tips and lies to customers, restaurants, and drivers. Restrictive schedules, the inability to decline offers, and outdated pay- you're essentially something between a gig worker without the freedom and an employee without the security/benefits. Also good luck getting your bag deposit back. Stay away.

2022-07-19	Re*****	This app is for a local food delivery company, in the Capital Region of NY. It's a pretty good company, and the app usually works pretty well. Many times orders don't ring in audibly, my phone vibrates... But since I'm in navigation at the time, I sometimes miss that an order is ringing in. Not sure if this problem is due to using an Android, or intrinsic problem with the app!

They make it EXTREMELY clear that you are an independent contractor and are in no way considered an employee. However, they violate the law and very definition of independent contractor by banning you from using other delivery platforms while scheduled for Mealeo. Also, you're not free to work whenever you want with Mealeo, which is the whole point of being an independent contractor.

It's not worth it they claim there busy but most of the time your sitting on the side of road hoping a job will come in there buissness is spotty and hard to predict don't waste your time going hard for this company you ain't going anywhere quick with this waste of a time company
