The technology is sorely lacking. The cost of membership is questionable based on the fact that this app is not even bare bones. Tested sending a message to my doctor's practice it went nowhere. Uninstalling this worthless app. Having been with my doctor for decades is the only reason I pay the extortion fees.

This app is useless and it should be better considering how much $ it costs! I keep trying to just log in so I can see if I can pay w/o finding a computer (since I don't get updates about that stuff until I get a letter in the mail) and I keep getting a notice to update the app. I can't find an update thats needed so I un-installed then re-installed. No luck. It would be great to have a UI/UX team work on making this a better app.
