MDM Lock

MDM Lock is a business tool for authorised retail partners and loan agents to manage device financing (EMI) accounts.

Key features:
• Retailer staff login with secure biometric-protected access
• Create and manage EMI loan records for financed devices
• Track customer payments and repayment schedules
• Provision and activate the customer-facing companion app on a financed device, as part of the signed loan agreement with the customer
• Authorised device management actions (lock/unlock) applied strictly in accordance with the terms the customer agreed to at the time of financing
• Scan device IMEI via camera for quick enrolment

This app is intended for use by authorised retail and loan-servicing staff only, and is not a consumer-facing app. All device-management actions are performed under an active financing agreement with the device's registered owner.
