2023-07-20	ma*****	Initially, this app worked fine, until I needed to amend my booking. The app won't allow you to change the arrival time, only the departure time. I cancelled my booking thinking that I could make a new one. I had big problems trying to do that and gave up in the end, resorting to installing the app on a different phone and booking on that. All attempts of receiving a refund have failed to date because of a 'technical error'
