NHZ Connected

The North Holland South (NHZ) Connected app originated from an initiative of the Medical Coordinating Center (MCC) Haarlem en Meer. The idea of ​​the app is that care providers in the region (1st and 2nd line) can find and reach each other more easily in order to promote mutual cooperation. The app and accompanying website (www.nhz-connected.nl) are the regional information platform for this.
Each participant has their own personal account in the NHZ Connected app and can supplement it with specific information such as a direct telephone number, working hours, vacation and / or a specialization.

In addition to mutual contact information, this app also contains information that contributes to strengthening cooperation in the chain, such as regional transmural agreements (RTA) or a social map.
In the coming period, the app will continue to be provided with new functionalities.
