However, recent versions have major issues such as no registration option, login failures, unresponsive support, delayed or missing payments, crashing apps, poor UI, and notification problems. Users find the new system frustrating, reporting that tasks fail to load and payments are denied despite task completion, harming the app's reputation significantly.

i think this survey is no longer valid. it was supposed to be a monthly basis. after 3 trials, it became once for over 6 months lasy year. The next one was supposed to be in Aug 2024, but now the chat function is not working when clicking it. i will remove it.
