This is a very useless company, it cuts the claim amount by giving unreasonable reasons and after talking to the customer service, they do not know anything. No claim is passed properly without complaint and struggle with authorities. For these reasons, I have got my claim amount revised several times. Even if the claims sent for reimbursement are approved, the amount is not transferred for more than 20 days.

Es se jyada ghatia sayad hi koi TPA hoga..MD india is worst TPA in all over world. Yeh TPA bina query raise kiye simply deduct any amount in my claim deducted approx 18,000/ .Grievence cell is inactive all are enjoying in Air conditoned office All executives are 3rd class as well as grievences execurives.ap mail p query ka reply de dete thak jaoge but vo reply dekhenge nhi..balki remjnder p remjnder bhejenge..they are blind ..not able to read email of customers.good bye MD INDI
