therw isnt a clear way to enter losing tickets to get points. no matter what maine lotto app you download...there isn't a way to scan the tickets. plus you are to scan the bar code and maine draw tickets don't have bar codes

This app is so poorly created that its almost comical. Half the time when you go to scan the ticket, nothing happens, and you have to scan it again. Much like everything else the government handles, its clear the minimal amount of effort went into this app.
