2024-12-30	Sh*****	Their policy is biased, if you cancel the order they get to charge convinience fees with percentage of your order amount based on different shipping time instead of fixing convinience amount and charging that but if they cancel they don't pay penalty of anything. Ideally they should have small fixed convinience fee on order and charge that in case of cancellation. Also they should pay similar penalty if they cancel the order.

2024-02-20	Ak*****	The app is good. But the major problem is I have to login each time when I am opening it. Only for sometime it's keeping us logged in, After that we are logged out. It's annoying. The UI should be more easy to use especially in the orders page. The UI isn't that bad only some fixes are required. If these 2 problems are fixed I would give 5 stars. The delivery experience is very good. Good packaging. No defect products received. Will be on time or early. It's a good app. It's genuine.

2022-04-09	SO*****	The app is not perfect I agree but atleast a app exists which is convenient to buy something from smartphone directly. I have purchased many components from MD, you can completely trust the shop. Everything is genuine. They are super responsive and answers the mails properly and on time. Highly recommended.

2022-02-17	YU*****	The app is ok and fine bit slow on loading the first screen overall it's OK not great because I have to relogin everytime I open the app plz fix that and I'll consider to bump up my ratings. Edit:if I wanted to be redirected to a browser believe me i wouldn't download this app and most of the time i use md on the browser as the combo and deals are all on the browser not on the app(PS. I would like you guys to make deals and combos exclusively for the app and people would download the app more

2020-09-26	Ni*****	Edit : 26.09.20 : The WORST app on playstore. Takes 5 minutes to get into the app and now even the website is plagued with this problem. It takes years to open a product page. I don't know how are you people doing business off of such a crappy webiste and app. If there was a 0 star option, I'd choose that.

2020-08-20	Ha*****	Please do not order from the website, it takes 8-10 days for them just to ship your order to courier and once that is done more 3-5 days to get it delivered to your home. If their order support is so bad just imagine the after sales support. Highly disappointed by their service. Imagine waiting for 8 days and then the customer support giving reasons like sir your order will be shipped next week. No wonder the app has a rating of 2.8*. Wish i could rate it lower than one star.

It would have gotten a five star if it wasn't for the constant log out from my account and then back to the login page when the app restarts after an hour of use. Other than that, it's overall a very upfront app and very easy to use. And man what I'm really happy about is the availability of so many products and their prices. I bet no one could get these many options to choose from in any other app. (Even Amazon)

2019-09-09	A *****	App not working on my Galaxy Note 9. Tried re installing it 3 times but still not working. When i open the app, it shows 3 options - Shop, Setting and Support. It doesn't matter which one i click. It just keep loading on and on endlessly. FYI, i have a Fiber internet connection so internet speed is not an issue here. Hope you guys will fix it soon. Thank You. Update- It works sometime and other times, it gets stuck on loading when i click Shop.

2019-07-29	A *****	Reviews here get the reply to be specific. The deals are okay, but that aside the app is not functional at all, the updates have not fixed how buggy the app is. Many a times when one hits the shop button, it does not load, I don't really know why there are options other than shop, just directly take us to the shop, the user interface is really slow, takes a long time to apply filters, does not load products fast regardless of how fast my internet connection is.
