2024-11-25	Re*****	Faulty application. Too many headaches to list. Constant lock outs with authentication requests which do not execute to the number. When you get a number through email it says code does not work. Who is in charge of this operation?

2024-10-22	Ch*****	Edit: other glitch was fixed, but now I sometimes can't save/verify ticket w out closing app then refilling Edit 4/2024: entering an "Other" under multimodal pain control makes the claim ticket not able to save Original review: Too busy. Procedures become hidden as the text box is limited. Different things become hidden and revealed unnecessarily, slowing down documentation as there's moving targets in a record app. I'm not trying to play games. The faster loading, the fewer clicks, the better

2024-09-24	Ch*****	This app is just bad. Support is bad. They just decided not to support Android phones over 3 years old (released prior to S21 series). Every other app managed to do this seamlessly. If I could give this app zero stars, I would. However, this app is still widely used despite its abysmal 1.4 star rating. Something is driving this, and it's not the utility or functionality of this app.

2024-08-28	Ka*****	This app was recently updated and now freezes every time I try to scan patients #. I have to restart the app. The app also freezes when trying to update patient information like MD or surgeons name,screen rolls away, and loses screen working on. It's beyond frustrating at this point.

2024-08-27	Mi*****	Upgrade is worse than awful. When you click on the 'Surgeon-' or 'doctor' bar, the FIRST letter enters, then, the entry bar scrolls OUT OF SIGHT AND THE KEYBOARD GOES AWAY. I also have to restart my phone on occasion(@ least daily) because the app FREEZES. Update(08/27/2024): Now, with my Android, if I attempt to scan the patient label, the screen goes blank and freezes. I can not back out, I have to RESTART my phone!
