2021-09-10	Sa*****	Works good when it works for status self certify. But often get error message "The specified URL cannot be be found". Which makes it really difficult because than you have to go all the way to the front of the building to fill out paper form; while carrying all your other stuff needed for work. Please fix this. Thank you.
