2024-09-04	Um*****	Though software is good, In the software, some more features need can be added to improve it further, i.e., it will be good to have a "Resolved" or "Closed" button, or comments option if concern is resolved already. Also, some times if there is CDN issue, it doesn't download the attachment and does not throw any error or send alerts about the issue
