MB Bank được khen ở giao diện đẹp và tính dễ dùng, cùng khả năng mở TK online nhanh bằng CCCD và tài khoản 0₫ miễn phí. Tuy nhiên người dùng phàn nàn về hiệu suất và đăng nhập chậm, các vấn đề liên quan đến cập nhật giao dịch và lỗi chặn chuyển tiền, bảo trì bất tiện và quảng cáo quá nhiều. Một số cập nhật UI cũng gây nhầm lẫn cho người dùng.

Giao diện đẹp và dễ sử dụng.
Mở tài khoản online bằng CCCD nhanh và mượt, có thể chọn số TK.
Tài khoản 0₫ được duy trì mà không mất phí hàng tháng.
Tính năng và thao tác được đánh giá nhanh, tiện lợi.

Cons

Hiệu suất kém: mở app, đăng nhập và xử lý giao dịch chậm.
Giao dịch bị gián đoạn hoặc bị chặn khi cập nhật và yêu cầu cập nhật ứng dụng từ Google Store.
Bảo trì và thông báo bảo trì không kịp thời, gây bất tiện.
Thông báo quảng cáo quá nhiều và khó kiểm soát.
Giao diện/UX mới gây nhầm lẫn (lịch sử chuyển khoản giống chat; BeeRich thiếu trực quan).
