The premiums are too high and no customer centric service is given. U don't even get to know contact details or any other details of profiles as they are just made by using information from other websites. Never trust this app founder who claims to be from an IIM.

2024-05-12	Pi*****	It seems they don't have a userbase and are unable to provide any matches for a week straight. Stop showing it as 'AI finding matches for you, come back after sometime' for days together! I tried emailing them a week after Gold membership to cancel and refund but it was never delivered to the mailbox! And the app is full of bugs in almost every feature! The idea is great but the app poorly designed and the execution not good!
