Cant login with correct pin and even after reset pin it cant login.

Was using this app for small business here. Work as usual during 2 years, however since 3 days ago, all the assigned cashiers are unable to login(stuck at login screen loading), while I tried using the manager role to reset role, reset password, clear cache, reinstall app and restart device. It still doesn't work, and when check with maybank only say to clear cache should solve the issue. Now am stuck not able to use the app. Can the team help on this?
