This app is absolutely useless. For emergencies when we require statement of accounts it keeps saying storage permission denied , I have installed and uninstalled the app so many times to see if its working but still is not. And if we email these guys they take ages to reply and cooperation is so very slow. Absolutely rubbish. This is literally a bank , just spend more money and create a good app or have new employees. Nonsense.

I download this app around a month ago on suggestion of the bank. I am unable to sign up, error is "invalid customer id". I tried to login with different device but same issue. Reached out to my closest CCB branch only to be disappointed as according to their customer care expert there is some authorization pending from their end to validate my customer id. I have also filled the application form on internet banking. But it's been almost a month and nobody is helping. Disappointed😞
