Genki Sushi's Android app is described as convenient and UI-friendly, with membership/booking features. Yet widespread issues undermine it: queueing often requires membership and access fails; login/logout loops and sign-in problems; the in-app scanner and ticketing frequently fail; forced updates and device compatibility problems block usage; location-based queueing is unreliable, with difficulty selecting shops or finding locations; and loading times/lag are common. Overall, the concept is appreciated, but reliability, authorization, and update problems make daily use frustrating.

Pros

Convenience and user-friendly UI.
Membership/loyalty feature can be useful for booking and promotions.
Queueing/ticketing feature exists to manage waiting (design intent).

Cons

Membership/queueing problems: gating to queue, revocation of membership, and inconsistent access to the membership area.
Login/account instability: frequent logouts, inability to login, and circular login loops after actions like logout or updates.

must have location information to queue for tickets so if you want to go to a store further away with less people so they can have more customers served faster, you can't.
