**Data Access and Database
LedgerApp is available with same features in multi-platform with
- Windows(PC)
- Android, IOS (Phone, Tablet)(Currently, beta version available)
You can use central database (like Sql Server database) to be able of accessing by using your computers and your smartphones to access same data in same time.
You can use local database (like Sqlite) this enables you to use database in each application in a device.

**Clients & Accounts
1- Each single customer can have several types of accounts.
2- Can add more unique of (Account Type) other than those that were created by default, that by Account Types in main settings interface.
3- Can add more detail or remove when create or modify an account (phone, email, note, ...etc).
4- Each account has multi currency balances that depend on entered currencies in transactions.
5- Simplified user interface to create and modify an account details.
6-Completing the calculation automatically.

**Transactions
1- Registering debts or debts financial transactions with more needed details like (multi currencies, multi attached files).
2- Simplified user interface to create and modify a financial transaction details.
3- Smart calculator field box for amount in transaction editor.

**Currencies & Convertor
1- add more currency by Currencies Interface in main Settings Interface.
2- Use local currency as main application currency that to show total of account balances as local currency.
3- Use Currency Convertor (Currency Exchanger) that to enter values for currencies against the local currency to give correct result.

**User Interfaces
1- Simplified user interfaces to use and understand, that making it easier to reach the target.
2- A concise main user interface that shows accounts and their balances and include also easy search and filter balances by selected currency and balance state (Credit, Debit, Equal, Empty).
3- Open multi accounts in tabs that enable you to easy navigation between tabs.
4- Option to show total of account balances with local currency with smart Currency Exchanger.
5- Shortcut buttons to access common operations (functions) like add transaction in main accounts list and open account transactions button.
6- Context Menu for each list that contain all operations (functions) and features that may be called by a row in list, like open report for account in main accounts list.
7- You can search for (word, date, amount) or part of it. You must perform a search function.


**Reports
1- LedgerApp provides a report transactions of an account by one currency to show list that contains (date, ID transaction, statement, debit balance, credit balance, total and state of balance) for filtered transactions of an account.
2- LedgerApp provides a report of final balances of an account and total of balances by local currency without transactions detail.
3- LedgerApp provides main report settings interface to enable to change logo and change the address with its font color and size ...etc.
4- Can change the language to display reports separately from the main language of the application.
5- Each report has display direction as
-Default (direction of reports language).
-LR (Left to Right).
-RL (Right to Left).
6- Smart Report Sharing is share showed report to Whatsapp or email with fill required contact by using account details.
7- Option check box in main report viewer to show account note in shown report.
8- can save current report as pdf.
9- Smart converting for final balance from numbers to words depended on current language and balance currency.

**Number to Word
Smart converting for numbers to words depended on language expression and currency.
Currently default created currencies is supported to converted as selected language expression,
Currency that not configured will show currency name last words.
