All you need is your health card with your e-prescription and the Apo-Shop24 app!
1.       Open the Apo-Shop24 app on your device.
2.      Enter card number. (Your card number consists of 6 numbers and is located under the word “Health Card”)
3.      Enter your mobile phone number and enter the 2-factor authentication code that you receive via SMS.
4.      Activate/turn on NFC on your device
5.      Hold the electronic health card to your device and everything will be delivered to your home.

How do I redeem my e-prescription for the first time with the Apo-Shop24 app?
All you need is an NFC-enabled smartphone with the Apo-Shop24 app and your health card. With the Apo-Shop24 app you have the opportunity to redeem e-prescriptions directly and completely digitally at the Tellingstedt pharmacy
How do I verify myself when using the health card to redeem the e-prescription?
First, enter the 6-digit card access number located on the front of your health card. You will then receive a TAN code via SMS, which you enter for verification.
How do I know whether my insurance card is NFC-enabled?
Since 2019, statutory health insurance companies have been obliged to issue electronic health cards (eGK) with a contactless functional interface. All newer health cards are therefore NFC-enabled, which enables contactless data exchange with other compatible devices. You can identify your new electronic health card by the 6-digit card access number and wireless transfer symbol located on the front of the card.
How do I activate the NFC function on my smartphone?
Android: Open Settings > Connections > select NFC & Payment and use the slider to activate the feature. Depending on the model, the exact menu items may differ.
iPhone : Go to “Control Center” in “Settings” and add “NFC Tag Reader” using the green plus switch.
