However, the experience is undermined by recurring stability and hardware issues: the app often fails to load or run, and games don’t work reliably. Hardware requirements (wand/pen) and connectivity problems add cost and friction. TV casting and screen sharing can be inconsistent, and setup can be fiddly. Recent reviews

Pictionary Air pen cannot connect. I select "have different pen" -> Pictionary Air. Then the menu "pen setup" still shows Air 2, which does not connect(obviously). So completely unusable.
