The Upset Risk Score analyses defensive strength, recent form, and Elo gap to surface matches where the market may be underestimating the underdog. Backed by our WC 2022 backtest: 53% top-pick accuracy across all 64 matches using an Elo-only model.

MATCH VOLATILITY

Not all matches are equal. MatchEdge flags High Volatility matches — where multiple uncertainty factors collide — so you know when to treat probabilities as directional rather than precise.

HISTORICAL RESULTS & PREDICTION TRACKING

Every match prediction is saved before kick-off. After the final whistle, check the Results tab to see what the model said — and whether it was right. When the model detects a HIGH Upset Risk and the underdog wins, the match card lights up with UPSET CONFIRMED.
